AIMS & OBJECTS
• National Human Rights Commission and Social Justice Council (NHRCSJC) organises seminars at regular intervals to school and collegiate girl students to bring awareness in them about their rights and responsibilities in safeguarding their interests and in case of any violation/non-recognition by others, legal remedies available them to protect themselves against Sexual harassment at work/study places, Indecent representation in social media, ragging and humiliation by vested elements and domestic violence etc. The motive of the organisation is to impart fighting skills in them against evil forces trying to downgrade their social status in the Society.
• Organises workshops on health and family welfare in slum areas to bring awareness in people living in these areas about health consciousness and inculcate healthy habits in them which are essential for their well-being.
• Extend legal support to the victims of physical/mental harassment, victims of atrocities by anti-socials and victims of Domestic violence and also extend other needy services by way of Medical/Police/Social Counselling through our experts as necessary.
• Counselling services to the victims of Atrocities /victims of Domestic violence to make them socially, psychologically and economically self-reliant. Counselling Therapy services to the affected families, children, physically or mentally challenged human resources, couples to induce self-confidence and capability to resolve their problems on their own.
• NHRCSJC will also work for the welfare of orphans, poor and neglected children, girlchild, physically challenged helpless human resources through various charitable activities like, Food Distribution, Books Distribution, Provisions Distribution, Clothes Distribution, Poor and helpless senior citizen welfare programmes, Child Education, Women Empowerment, Skill Development, Personality Development, Counselling sessions etc., to remove psychological depression and many other related side effects.
