National Human Rights Commission and Social Justice Council(NHRCSJC)
National Human Rights Commission and Social Justice Council (NHRCSJC) is an Independent, Non-profit, Non-political Organisation striving hard to bring awareness in the poor and downtrodden, Physically Challenged Human resources, Orphans, Semi orphan neglected poor children and helpless Senior Citizens with a particular focus on neglected communities of the Society and Girl-child, about their constitutional rights and responsibilities in order to safe-guard their interests from all sorts of discrimination.
The Organisation is enlisted in NITI Aayog, Ministry of Social Welfare Department, Ministry of Women and Child Welfare as a non-profit making Non-Governmental Organisation and works exclusively for the welfare of economically backward people with a particular focus on poor men and women, girl child, physically challenged helpless human resources and senior citizens by bringing awareness in them about their constitutional rights and remedies available to safeguard them. The organisation also extend support to these helpless communities in deriving all the benefits extended by the Government to them through various available means. NHRCSJC will extend necessary legal support also to them in this regard. Overall, we are committed for protection, promotion, realization and enforcement of human rights of individuals and the community.
Our prime objective is to eliminate gender discrimination, caste and creed discrimination, discrimination based on financial status, injustice done due to helplessness etc. by way of crimes, atrocities, domestic violence child labour, bonded labour, social discrimination etc. in the society and works towards promoting social justice to humanity.
NHRCSJC conducts counselling sessions, free legal aid/advice camps and other welfare activities to educate collegiate girl students and women to fight against women harassment at work places and to victims of ill-treatment, torture, sexual abuse, domestic violence etc.
Our aim is to create a conducive atmosphere to all helpless human resources to live peacefully without being subjected to any discrimination in the Society and enjoy equal economic, political and social rights with equal opportunities.
